PINPOINT

Partner with us to improve equity in cancer treatment and survival! PINPOINT (Promoting INformed approaches about Precision Oncology and ImmuNoTherapy) is an online educational tool that we are developing as part of a research study.

This project is specifically tailored to empower members of the Black community to make informed decisions about their cancer treatment. The goal of the tool is to make information about different cancer therapies and clinical trials available and understandable and to support health decisions among Black families. The study team will conduct one-on-one interviews with Black cancer patients, relatives of Black cancer patients, and oncology providers for feedback on the initial prototype.

Following improvements to the prototype, additional patients and relatives will test the intervention for further improvements. Participants will be compensated for their time. If you are interested in learning more about being involved in this project, please call the PINPOINT team at 732-235-8254 or email PINPOINT@cinj.rutgers.edu or Olivia.foran@rutgers.edu.
